    Pros

Young, energetic, growing market, what you create you see in the market right away, small enough that every contribution is really felt, still ground floor access.

    Cons

No cons, just the challenges of having to figure out how to do things for the first time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pros

Really only pro was being able to set own schedule

    Cons

No communication. Tried not to pay the full amount owed to me. Have cut per diem in half. Anyone that works for them at roadshows has to be really desperate. Set up takes 4to 5 hours
They do not care in the slightest about anyone that works at the Costco roadshows. Their management is pathetic.

    Pros

The products are really cool, the culture is awesome, the benefits are okay, and the salary is okay. Also, good opportunity to move around in the company. Employee discount is also really good. Very lenient with time off/tardiness, and dress is casual. The people make it fun and there are always new and exciting products on the horizon.

    Cons

Benefits and pay could be a little better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your subordinates needs, keep them on a progressive track with goals.

I have been working at Goal Zero as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Very flexible and I get to set my own schedule. Work inside a great retail chain where you are well received and get repeat and referral business.

    Cons

Almost impossible to get in contact with corporate if you need product or any other things that come up in a show. Terrible communication, we are never told about new products coming out or updates to our existing lines. Tracking, I'm in sales I should be able to look up my numbers and track where I'm at for any given week. Our product often shows up broken or damaged with missing paperwork and it often takes days to get a response with more product or their solution.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Communication, incentives for performance, recognition.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
