Delivery driver, easy work, good pay

    Driver (Former Employee) Tigard, OR

ProsDrivers get paid well in areas where customers tip decently. Part-time work, was able to balance with a second job. Washed dishes in downtime.

ConsWorking in food can be dirty, sometimes experienced rude customers, franchise software was dated and could be difficult to use.

Crew Member (Current Employee) Port Orchard, WA

Prosgetting to help my boss experiment with new recipe ideas.
not having to wear a name tag!
    easy to request time off

Consgossipy coworkers, which I know is normal at any job, but when even managers do it along side their favorite employees, it gets to be too much.

Advice to Senior Managementplease don't gossip. when we tell you a manager is doing something unethical, please investigate it further before calling us liars.

    Great college job

    Driver (Former Employee) Bloomington, IL

ProsMinimum wage + tips + delivery charge=great college job

ConsIt's a great college job, but I don't think the pay would sustain me further. In a college town, I think that their revenues could have increased greatly by adding flat screen tv's, buffalo wings, college promotions and coupons, and alcohol. It's a recipe for college town success.

Advice to Senior ManagementGeneral and Shift Managers were fantastic, but the corporate owners of the franchise could use to listen to their employees and get a liquor license.

Important life lessons learned with a great crew

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Port Orchard, WA

Prosmy boss is a great guy. he's funny and friendly. we almost always get days off when we request them. employees more than willing to help each other out and ask each other if they need help.

Consthere is no exact training procedure for new employees and as a result, the new employees are often told conflicting ways of doing things.

Advice to Senior Managementkeep lower level employees in the loop! we want to know what is going on and what we can do to help make the business better.
