Pros – Working and friendly environment with cultural value.
When I joined, I met my accounts Head he praised me but no one will praise us until we prove ourselves according to his or her imagination. He provided me a project and dealt like a good mentor to clear my view.I appreciate him to give me this kind of opportunity to prove my self.

Cons – Don't take weekly review of work done

Advice to Senior Management – think positively and pay attention on each and every employee or intern,who knows who will be helpful for you in near future to get new ideas that get benefit for your organisation.

Pros – here i had so many emotions with the team and customers, and learned the way of promoting a brand

Cons – here i felt the boundary some times while spending the budget to use the sales force and distributing the product

Advice to Senior Management – Here i advised to know how the budget is really using and don't waste the budget on the useless product launches which are non effective to the customer state of mind. first know the customer state of mind by getting sample directly not from the area managers.

Cons – poor personal life.lots of work load.even Sundays you have to work .
you have to take care of primary, secondary also most times tertiary.
