    Pros

Diverse environments and flexible schedules, I am a college student and went home frequently with no problems.

    Cons

Management can really bog down the work experience, but that's nothing new to any job. The management isn't interactive with employees until it's something that directly effects the managers and by that time, it's effected everyone else in the work place. They need better control over their team.

& speaking of their "team" they need to ensure that everyone that works there is a part of that team. They need to move as a unit!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers should care about people. Not their employees or the customer's specifically, just PEOPLE! Interactive management is important to a work place.

    Pros

I like the people that I work with, friendly, welcoming easily

    Cons

Most of the people that come in are low class expecting a high class dining experience. Customers have brought me to tears too many times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The management team needs to learn how to be on one page for once. Theyre like chickens with the heads cut off. Always deferring problems down the management chain.

    Pros

Felt good to leave work with money in my pocket. Not a place you would want to use as a career.

    Cons

Management was hard to work with, the general manager had favorites and was hard to work with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider actually caring about the employees more.

    Pros

    Nice coworkers, become like family.
50% food discount but can pretty much eat for free most of the time.

    Cons

    Little training.
Horrible management at the location mentioned.
No room for growth. Once you show you're good in a position you're stuck there.
Horrible pay compared to other restaurants in the area.
Too much focus on labor instead of customer service.
Wasteful with food at end of night.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time training people before throwing them out on their own. Listen to your employees when they want to cross train in other areas. Don't promise people raises and never follow through.

    Pros

Pay for performance, GREAT bonus structure. Chances to grow.

    Cons

Hours, can get crazy at times, but it is a restaurant mangement job so it is expected a bit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

notice talent, when people progress and get promoted several times, and then surround them with new management, realize that when stuff is crashing around them, and they help, their department tends to suffer a bit as well.
