Pros – The company has great benefits. There is a strong sense of community and teamwork within the organization. The atmosphere can be fun, new, and exciting.
Cons – Salaries are on the low end of the scale. There are very few opportunities for advancement in the company. There is a high risk of being terminated for reasons beyond your control.
Advice to Senior Management – Increase salary schedules to compete with other distributors and correlate with work load and stress level; you will retain talent. Basic management and communication skill seminars should be mandatory for management personnel.

Pros – It's painful to try and place pro's in reference to this company. If there are any pro's, it would be the occasional friendly conversation with a store customer while making a delivery
Cons – Management seems to be in disarray, confused on how to lead. Employees are constantly left to handle situations with no help from supervisors or upper management.The turnover rate is high. There seems to be an uneasy feeling within the branch, no comradery or integrity. I'm thankful for a paycheck, but look forward to something new.
Advice to Senior Management – Work on issues in house first. That may evolve into happier employees and better customer service. Acknowledge employees more often in a positive light instead of using a passive aggressive method. You have the potential to be a respected company, but not until you put forth more emphasis on your employees and not your flow charts.
