    Pros

    1. A good working environment and culture
    2. Good upcoming products and good EDM platform
    3. Flexi- timings
    4. Very smart and helpful people
    5. Work-life balance

    Cons

    1. Preferential treatment by managers to people who butter them / chattus. (this happens everywhere, but increasing here)
    2. Space
    3. Some people are just wasting time here.
    4. Widespread birth of chattus encouraging chattugiri.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1. Please reward people who work seriously
    2. Please take training and hand-over seriously. People take years to learn a particular aspect of the product, when they leave the new people find it hard to cope with fundamentals.
    3. Be clear of upcoming policies and changes , as lower management in Mumbai is responsible for creating unnecessary panic among employees.
    4. Please give work to people who want to work.
    5. Even if you like chattus, make sure that your judgement is not affected my them so that you don't give a deserving employee bad reviews.
    6. Try not to converse in Hindi,Kannada, Telugu or Gujurati. Being in a leadership position, please don't degrade yourself. Juniors learn what they see and hear. Keep your mother tongue at home.

    good culture, flexible timings, friendly people on the floor

    Cons

    Energy, investments, time wasted on wrong people. People should be asked to be on their toes and put in extra during times of crisis.

    Recognize the right people and promote/invest in them. To make the product better, we need to invest in the brains much more than investing in the implementors of the product. Hardworking people should be rewarded more appropriately.

    1. Buttering is on rise. Complaints against people encouraged.
    2.Racisim from stakeholders, no manager will stand against stakeholders. You have to listen to all slurs over the phone, email.
    3.Trying to change things overnight. Every week is spent undoing things which were done in last couple of weeks earlier.

    1. Manager spend time on your desk. Do not stick to your boss all the time. Advise specially to Infrastructure manager previously from Zycus, spends 80% inside development head's cabin.
    2.Mangers stop pretending that you guys are doing well at work.
    3. How many more ex- Oracle employees will be hired?

    Pros

    1. If you joining as a Team Lead/ Project manager, you never know one day you become HOD (only for people who are good at doing Chatugiri )
    2. Flexible working hours
    3. Good amount of Team Lunches (almost every quarter)
    4. Good canteen
    5. Gym facility
    6. few restrictions, access to social site

    Cons

    1. Hard Workers are awarded but not Smart workers
    2.The Organisation management and hierarchy keeps on changing every 6 months
    3. No process followed in the name of SCRUMs and big terms
    4. Good old expertise are never motivated /retained
    5. Lots of cost cutting in terms of Townhall, Cultural Activities and specially Appraisals
    6. No. of Team Leads are more than no. of working Engineers
    7. No training's at all as there are no SME's available
    8. Very less exposure related to Capital Markets
    9. Use of all Open source tools like Testlink ( No learnings for AML)

    1. Spend less time in smoking and more in your cabin
    2. Stop treating Product based company to Project based company.
    3. Stop fooling people in name of Quarter/ Mid appraisals

    Flex-time
    Good Leaning exposure though linited
    Nice reference sata product
    Pays employees well
    Hikes are good depends upon person
    Great infrastructure, extended b/w from 10MBPS to100MBPS, few restrictions, access to social site, payment sites, but payment transactions blocked(so you can view available seats from IRCTC but caanot book tickets) and unrestricted wifi for iPhone users

    No proper Management of product, codebase, deteriorating day by day
    Very less devlopment nowadays more of L3 support for clients
    Complex code base very less documentaion or say if you find it yet net result is zero. Old codes are maintained and newer codes are added with again no documentation
    Most of time goes in finding and understanding requirement and problem from other resources under there mercy(if they are busy just sit idle)
    Now making dress code compulsion and new rules fo Timesheet making product based company into more sort of service based
    People who really want ot gain knowledge will get wrt to finance domain not from technical perspective and
    asks to do unnecassary certifications and dumps then in altogether different team where there is no use of it
    And last but not the least training wrt to product that to monotonus where people sleep and dozz off because of which there are people in organization who even cant define or explain what their firm does in market, in simple leyman words, forget about about product details
    and list will go on and on........

    Just making wifi passwords like "workwithoutpolitcs" doesn't makes any sense, similarly forcing for dresscode doesn't yeilds better productivity

    Pros

    1. You can learn new things technically e.g. linux, server management and finance if you really want to learn
    2.Work from Home option
    3.Flexi Timings
    4. Pays really well if you are good at negotiations

    Cons

    1. Indian management team
    2. Very few cultural activities and budget too reduced
    3. Cramped for space due to continuous hiring
    4. Unnecessary TLs from Nomura and other big companies who do nothing in QA (ok they spend 8 hours). People who were smart left QA, the first chance they had.
    5. Machines to reproduce client side issues are few.
    6. PSG think they know it all and try to pressurize dev and support teams (trust me they know only to talk)
    7. QA is powerless and everyone blames them if anything fails which they gladly accept thanks to previous QA heads
    8. For the first time this year the average increments were 10 - 12 % .
    9. New products failed to make impact as expected.
    10. Onsite opportunities only limited to PSG. Others are preferred if they are favored.
    11. Hindi and Gujarati language also during client and CEO visits.
    12. Dress code only during CEO visits ( still debatable whether to wear formals or casuals)

    1. Get machines instead of useless people
    2. Don't make a product based company into a service based company
    3. Give employees a break, timeshit is not that important if work is done properly.
    4. Reward people on merit and not on caste, favoritism.
    5. Grow up and be professional
    6. Help the new CEO, accept his policies,
