Pros
Challenging environment. Most people are competent but competition is fierce. A great place to learn and to develop strong management skills.
Cons
Challenging environment. Most people are competent but competition is fierce. Sometimes team work is not quite there, because people are more interested in impressing the boss.
Advice to Senior Management
Encourage team work, and try not to show so much favoritism for people that stay late. Give year-around feedback, performance wise.
