Prestigious company now paying decent wage, great deals to work on if you can get it, fantastic opportunities if you actually make it to the top
Cons
Long hours, too much politics, greedy management who are willing to throw you to the lions to save their own skin, a joke of a work life balace
Advice to Senior Management
Try to do away with the politics, remember that workers do need some semablance of a work life balance, try to be more of a meritocracy
