Pros
Solid company to work for. You can make halfway decent money, for Fargo, with all your commissions/wages. They were pretty flexible about getting time off for certain days/weekends. Usually there are a good deal of people working at each site so everyone helps each other out. Most of their properties are nice so they rent themselves and make your job pretty easy.
Cons
Hours arent that great...nights weekends. You have to work when people are off the clock. One thing is that some people hate this company because they stick to the lease. If you fail to comply with your lease you get sued and have to pay for everything that entails.
Advice to Senior Management
They actually do a pretty good job. The pres/ceo is a pretty smart guy...its still a relatively small company so that doesnt get ruined on the way down the minion line
Pros
Easy to get time off
Most co-workers are friendly/easy to get along with
Most managers are very laid back
Cons
Embarrassing commissions and horrible base pay
Lots of nights and weekends
Drama and gossip all around
Advice to Senior Management
Please offer better commissions, it's a slap in the face what you give right now. If your unwilling to do so, at least raise the base hourly pay so people can afford to pay their bills.
This would be a nice job if the pay wasn't so horrible.
Pros
They seemed liked great people to work for - plenty of training and attention from supervisors. Good pay and benefits. They were very supportive, they made it clear that they were happy with the work I was doing.
Cons
They have a lack of loyalty, after turning around a bunch of properties for them and after they gave me so much praise - they fired me.
A lot of long hours - but I loved working there, right up until I was let go for no reason.
You have to be careful because I didn't notice all the employee turnover until it was me.
Advice to Senior Management
You have to build loyalty with your employees, people don't want to work for a company that says you're doing great and then fires you. Its very sad, especially considering how great the people were the whole time until the end.
