    Pros

    The smartest and the hardest working people I've ever worked with. Everyone is extremely passionate about doing the best work possible and the end results are phenomenal. This place will introduce you to the best and coolest people in the industry. The strategy behind everything they do is well thought out and they have been integral in building some of the world's largest brands. Clients look to them for what to do rather then clients telling them what they need.

    Cons

    The expectations are ridiculous. There is absolutely NO work life balance, structure or process to anything. Everyday is a complete mess and people are just trying to make it through the day. They hire in masses and hope that a few people stick. The turn over is constant because no one is given any expectations, job descriptions or training because everyone is just trying to keep their head above water. There is no department structure, employee review or development process. Some department managers have no idea how to manage people and foster the best talent.

    Advice to Management

    Take a step back and realize that even though you're a very successful creative driven agency, there needs to process and accountability instilled into the culture. You will keep more people that way. Don't make all nighters the norm, especially when most of them are avoidable. Directors need to be over less business and allow people under them to make decisions. The need for Directors to have complete control creates bottle necks and makes everyone under them suffer.
