    Pros

    Respects its employees.
    Truly cares about the impact it has on society, and the users.
    Even after growing so large still inspire and cherish creativity.
    Part of caring about the individual employee, strongly supports work-life balance.

    Cons

    Promotions are tricky and require a lot of work.
    In some cases, does not manage low performers well or have a path for them out.

    Pros

    The whole hierarchy is very flat which is really great as you can talk to anybody with whom you have a topic to talk about. There are many very interesting people in the office.

    Cons

    There is a lot of internal technology within the company. This is great to do work inside but means than many skills are not transferable.

    The main advantage of working for Google is it's culture. The offices are awesome and micro-kitchens are always full of sweets

    Pros

    Lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Nice and helpful employees. Larry and Sergey are really cool.

    Cons

    You can burn yourself by overworking if you are not careful. You have to make sure you maintain a good life-work harmony. Many of technologies you learn are Google internal only.
