    Pros

Great perks, Great smart people around

    Cons

The host matching process is not guaranteed, which may a little painful, since sometime it takes two months and you will find that you may not get anything. Wish the host could be nicer.

    Pros

Great culture, tons of mobility, work hard = huge opportunities, it's a great starting place for any career. Highly suggest working there.

    Cons

Expectation is to perform. If you're looking to coast, Google is not a good place. The best rise to the top so get ready to work hard.

I have been working at Google as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Really good training. Strong leadership from higher ups. Will help you get to where you want to be. Constantly doing things outside of the workplace to help balance that life/work cycle.

    Cons

There is a clear division from the higher ups to the entry level position. They will most likely outcast you if you are not a FTE.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Making FTE's and contract employees have a better relationship would be a start. There is a strong divide between the two that makes it hard to work with sometimes.
