    Pros

The job was average for a retail job. Pay wasn't the best.

    Cons

No employee incentives. I caught someone stealing over $100 worth of merchandise & told the LP that worked for us. They caught the person & I never received anything for it.

    Advice to Management

Hire more cashiers!!! Unrealistic expectations. Depending on the store size, they want only 1 person in each department to return clothes in the fitting room, help guests & cashier at the same time. There are never enough cashiers scheduled so it keeps people in the other departments from getting their work done.

    Pros

    decent discounts, some casual managers

    Cons

They expect you to be professional, when the managers themselves don't seem to be. Communication is hard, I worked for 3 months and didn't get a name tag, unorganized with schedules, they're inconsiderate about schedules

    Advice to Management

communication among the managers and ALL the employees is key.
