    Pros

Great work atmosphere that provides support and room to suggest new ideas and creative solutions to old problems.

    Cons

Departments are at the mercy of the larger Gordon Administration and budget is dictated by what produces increased profits rather than benefiting existing student body.

    Pros

The students were wonderful, and always willing to learn. I definitely felt like I was doing something worth doing.

    Cons

The professor I worked for was very difficult to understand and to deal with sometimes. I had to communicate with professors above him concerning ways he could improve his teaching.

    Advice to Management

Please be careful whom you hire. Professors that are very smart can be difficult to learn from.
