    Pros

small office, good location, 50% discount during shift, work mostly alone

    Cons

disorganized, communication between departments lacks a lot, low pay, no room for advancement, high turnover rate, benefits could be better, micromanaged, no sick days!

    Advice to Management

Care more about your employees. Stop being so cheap and you can keep great people on your staff

    Pros

The experience gained is great as well as the coworkers. The products are also wonderful.

    Cons

They do not appreciate their workers. They give more work upon more work and do not compensate accordingly.

    Advice to Management

Treat workers better and on an appropriate level according to amount and quality of work.

    Pros

A small company with real goals. Owned and in some instances run by cool laid back people. It can be good to work there. You are bound to make friends.

    Cons

Owners got too old to see clearly. Some legacy managers hiding around in the corners of that company, sometimes hiding whole huge departments and entire stores with them (: Quite a big number of issues seem to always be unresolved, because it just can not, for a campany of such size (not big at all) things should work with more ease.

    Advice to Management

Fire a good bunch of top managers that refuse to work, too lazy or too big on the ego side. Do not ONLY look to hire new managers from outside but rather actually promote loyal to the company people that deserve it and want to do good by you.

    Pros

Decent pay for an hourly grocery store position. Full time hours and benefits. Christmas bonuses for hourly employees. Managers seem to actually care. CEO interviews the hourly candidates and actually talks to employees.

    Cons

Not many for this kind of work. The only thing I can think of was that a good chunk of the workers knew little english. Kind of a pain but they were still cool guys.

    Advice to Management

Whatever you're doing seems to be working
