“Satisfying and a learning experience”
I have been working at Government of Assam full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Government organisation, as such all the needs of its employees are looked after including Pension and family pension.
Cons – Promotion is not linked to knowledge and sincerity towards ones work but rather to seniority and reserved quota.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros – Stable job. Good Retirement benefit. Good health care plan.
Cons – LImited scope for innovation. Little incentive for innovative work
