    Pros

Good experience for a summer internship there. Very helpful and nice workers. I learnt a lot of basic knowlege there and made a good friend.

    Cons

Old fashioned office, I didn't get my own desk or computer because I was an intern. I understand that but not convenient.

I worked at Government of China

    Pros

Don't worry about bankrupt, fully insurance, opportunity to be promoted is good if you really have the ability in management.

    Cons

bureaucratic, you need quite a lot of time and effort to learn how the system operates. if you cannot adapt to it, you'll never get any promotion

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

also highly bureaucratic, you need to try to find out what exactly the leaders mean every time. don't make them unhappy,
