    Pros

    It is a wonderful place to work at. It gives you all the opportunities to contribute for national cause and explore new avenues as well as your own abilities.

    Cons

    I can't figure out any. But if still i have to mention then it is only about a bit of difficulty faced while pushing through new ideas.

    Job security, good leave benefits, would give you an opportunity to see the country and the world at no cost

    Cons

    Average pay, too bureaucratic, no challenge, promotion and career progression mostly based upon time. No incentive for thinking out of the box kills ingenuity.

    Quite relaxing job.. If everything works in schedule you get ample time i.e you here work at hospital continuous for 24 hours and then u get 4 days off.

    Cons

    Disorganized administration... Administrative section not helpful. No fixed protocols for each and every doctors. Shortage of doctors.

    Kindly follow standard protocols to manage health care systems.. Fulfill your staff.. Explain them their rules & regulations regarding their work as per standard protocol.

    the outreach and impact potential of the job is tremendous and at the end of the day one can see the benefit accruing to the common man

    Cons

    the decision making processes are slow and the bureaucracy has its mixed bag of extremely bright and honest officials and at the same time as set of inefficient or corrupt officials. there is limited potential to reward the hard work and punish the inefficient
