    Less salary, rigidity of ideas, inflexible structure and long drawn hierarchy and may hamper your initiatives at times, but a very good place to work in the long run...

    We need to change our thought processes and adapt to changing trends, at the same time keeping in mind the sanctity of our processes and the time tested methodologies...
