    Pros

Great group of photographers, managers are friendly and helpful, client centered company that hasn't forgotten about its workers.

    Cons

seasonal hours, best opportunities for work are if you're able to travel (tough if you have little kids).

    Pros

The best part is traveling around for like a month straight and getting paid to do it! I've worked with the company for about 8 years, and it is one of the best places I've ever worked! it's just fun.

    Cons

Communication...the company tends to hire horrendous assistants that are either awful or just don't show up and really screw the photographers over.

    Advice to Management

Stop choosing favorites and give more work to people that have worked there longer.

    Pros

Flexible schedules, albeit seasonal; most co-workers are enjoyable to work with.

    Cons

I can only speak to my experience with the region in California, but they are unprofessional. Pay is not that great, but I was there for the learning experience. What I learned is how to NOT manage people in basically a point and shoot operation. There was poor communication from team leads to team members for setting up the venues to run smoothly (events are fast paced and understaffed) and the management/office staff was ineffectual to handle issues which often tended to favor office politics or lead egos.

    Pros

The company offers temporary summer jobs for multiple positions which is great income for college students. I was a customer service rep and handled sales as well as customer complaints. The company gave reps the flexibility to easily make sales, adjust prices, and please customers with refunds and reorders. The company empowers and trusts its employees.

    Cons

Very little training before thrown into the fire. Had 2 hours of training (not hands on) and a guide on greetings, procedures, etc...

    Pros

Extra seasonal money, gaining experience in photography

    Cons

No communication between managers, team captains and photographers.

    Advice to Management

Management made employment status inactive without even communicating the reason. I had a family emergency and couldn't make it to ONE event, let team captain know, who didn't communicate that with the regional manager, and he didn't bother to call me before "deactivating" my employment. Ridiculous- completely unprofessional. Try giving your employees (especially ones who have worked there for more than three years) the benefit of the doubt and maybe a phone call.

    Pros

It's a casual work environment for the most part. Lots of people worked there who had no skills whatsoever and really didn't deserve the job.

    Cons

They don't pay well at all, and so you work with a lot of idiots who that's all they can get. They take advantage of their employees and expect unrealistic goals while charging their customers through the nose, and passing none of it on to the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Grow a backbone.

    Pros

The best and only reason is the people you work with. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with.

    Cons

The pay is completely terrible. They set goals for you and expect you to be a top notch representative, yet they pay minimum wage. They also over charge the customers and virtually lie to them.

    Advice to Management

The managers haven't been on my case, but I think they should know to watch what they say or at the least where they say it. They tend to blatantly talk about people when they are not around, and a lot of the time someone who knows the person is in the same room. It's really not good for inner office politics
