Pros

It is a good company to work in. Employees are qualified, particularly in the Research department, work environment is quite comfortable, gym, cafeteria.

Cons

The management structure could be optimized. I did not understand what exactly some managers were doing. Compensation is lower that in similar companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Optimize the management structure, pay better, encourage interaction between different groups,
move the trading platform to Linux, provide more training opportunities.
