Current Employee – been working at Grail Research full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Some project experience and exposure can be really good. Clients are top shot. Some of the demanding projects and collaboration with Monitor makes you love or hate the industry
Cons – The senior management lives by their whims and fancies. Careers are dependent as much on them. An organization where you want to move right, talk right, as they are watching. Funny comments plenty in review appraisals.
Advice to Senior Management – So fluid that you dont know what you stand for. There is so much change that keeps on happening.

Former Employee – worked at Grail Research
Pros – 1) Good Training program, known as the East point . But these days, the company has stopped giving those
2) Smart people around you to work with, mostly from reputed colleges
3) Good HR
4) You'll make a lot of friends
Cons – 1) The company is going down, with almost all groups dissolved, only 2 major groups are functioning and even those do not have enough projects. Half of the company is unstaffed
2) Some managers, who have been in the system for long, dominate major decisions.
3) They fire you almost instantly, without any warning or so
4) No Work LIFe balance
5) Cab facility too expensive
6) Not in a safe Area
7) Pay hikes are Insulting. About 2-5 % usually unless you've given too much in the previous cycle, then you mihgt get a raise of 8%. Very Rare though
8) Earlier a part of the Monitor Group, but now Integreon, since then, the culture has suffered significantly
9) People responsible for setting up the company, that is the cream of the company, have already left . Senior management almost everybody is gone
Advice to Senior Management – Hire according to your needs
