Cons – It is a state agency so things such as raises and hiring can go really slow, sInce a lot of things have to get approved by the Governor.

Cons – Very corrupt, Jump through hoops for a senior management with know expeirence in their field, little respect, no planning lack of responsilbilty filling correct liscenses, Very poor security, lazy workforce, No expierence among employees do to the buddy buddy hireing system from the ceo. This company is a huge circus and a major joke that nees severe order and a total cleansing. If you dont play golf or personally know the ceo you dont stand a chance for a job. Grda is an embarrassment ask about the problems at Markhem Ferry or the Salina Dike or why they cant pay a contractor for an 85 million dollar project.,
Advice to Senior Management – Cut the head off the snake off, its turning a once great company into a joke.
