I found Grand & Toy to be an overall disjointed and ineffective organization with too many layers of heirarchy.

I worked at Grand & Toy

    Pros

Highly recognized Canadian brand. Overall reliable supplier of office products with a wide and varied offering.

    Cons

Poor cooperation between the business units and continual supply chain breakdowns.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to focus on being an expert in a few areas instead of being average or worse at many. Improved cooperation between various departments and their varied business units is required if Grand & Toy can ever expect to deliver on customer expectations.
