Overall, a solid firm but going through big identity crisis. Culture varies significantly from office to office.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsClients are appreciative. Respect and solid mentoring at partner levels. Professionals look to bring in experts from all regions.

ConsLck of clarity from senior leadership. Scattered direction from firm wide top level partners and lack of acknowledgement of long time high performers at the expense of overpaying for unproven talent.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop trying to be what you aren't and reward your own top performers. Get with the program before too many more people leave.

Good mix of interesting clients, work life balance

Experienced Senior Audit Manager (Current Employee)

ProsGood work life balance compared to other public accounting firms. The Company uses the term "dynamic" to describe its clients which has given me incredible experience working on many interesting clients who are acquisitive and growing. Nice group of talented super smart people.

ConsCan sometimes be difficult to get a rotation into another department. Like other public accounting firms, they are losing seniors and managers to industry.
