Pros – Very nice and professional team, inspiring project, aspirational goals and objectives.

Cons – Executive team needed to be more unified in vision and tactics to achieve that vision.

Pros – The mission is great and most of the people employed at GS are passionate about it and it shows through the work they do. It is also a family friendly organization and most managers allow for work/life balance.

Cons – The management is not strong and direction changes constantly which causes the working environment to be extremely frustrating at times.

Advice to Senior Management – Pick a direction and stick to it. Value good employees and make them aware of it. Communicate company information clearly to staff at all times.

Pros – This is a great place to work if you are a parent. There is a major focus on work/life balance. Great people.

Cons – Organization as a whole lacks direction. Priorities change so often goals are rarely met.

Pros – They gave me ownership over a project despite being an intern

Cons – I didn't notice too many downsides when I worked there but it felt like their management may have been a bit unstructured

Pros – People seem genuinely interested in education and working towards the organization's mission. Agree that there's a good balance of work and life here. Location in Downtown SF ideal for picturesque walks and great food.

Cons – Aside from working on projects, there's very little communication between departments. Events are scheduled where we can get in touch, which really helps.
