    Amazing internship experience

Engineering Intern (Former Employee) Clarence, NY

ProsThey treat their interns as well as they treat their employees. I always felt like part of the company and they always tried to integrate me into as many projects as possible. Overall great experience.

ConsHaving an internship does not solidify your chance of getting a full-time job, but the experience that you gain during the program should help.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be afraid to push the interns and test their boundaries. The program should make them leave their comfort zone since there won't be many other opportunities to fail in the future.

    Great People, Great Products

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Cleveland, OH

    ProsGreat group of People.
Cool Productions - chance to work on Medical Devices that really impact people's lives.
    Leading edge technology.

ConsThe building and the location in Cleveland are not the best.
Team is split across to many locations to easily collaborate.

Advice to Senior ManagementMove to a more modern building in a better area. Look into combining all 3 locations into a single location.

    What did I land into!

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsIf the subject interests you and you like the winter snow...you have made a good choice.

ConsLimpid leadership, very close vested information, no growth for a third tier employee, not open to feedback, wasteful in managing public money (it is a public company).

Advice to Senior ManagementOpen information, qualifying people for career growth and justifying spending would be step in the right direction

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
