    Pros

    Owner wants the best for the company- worked with a lot of great people whom I still keep in touch.

    Cons

    Food and 'selling' techniques are straight out of the 90's. There's not a huge amount of morale- at least at the store I worked.

    A little goes a long way in showing your appreciation to the staff.

    Pros

    Great company to work for. They really care about their employees! I was in the catering side and loved all my co-workers! Great discount on food.

    Cons

    They had long hours when working a catering event. They were also short on catering staff a lot.

    Flexible scheduling in all positions, enthusiastic team-members, vibrant customer base, overall fun job!

    Cons

    Shifts fluctuate, lunch shifts are pretty dead, but pick up during the winter.

    Pros

    Unfortunately the menu has become so overly simplified to the point that employment here is right on par with Denny's.

    Cons

    Very little benefits come with the job. At least you get a regular paycheck for being a simple microwave drone.

    Go back to the menu items that actually required a bit of cooking ability, allow your cooks talent to shine

    Pros

    - Management was good about giving time off
    - Make good tips (if you are a waitress)
    - Fun atmosphere to work in
    - very very generous employee discount on food
    - Friendly management
    - Somewhat sophisticated, yet relaxed.

    Cons

    - Servers did NOT do a good job running their food and would often put their responsibilities on other peoples' shoulders (getting drinks, making salads, running food)
    - If you were not a server you rarely got the tips you deserved from them (as they choose what type of tip bartenders and expos get)
    - Management was at times unprofessional, always taking smoke breaks, a lot of times you can not find them when you have a question (obviously this will vary by restaurant)
    - Pay freezes, which meant no more overtime on holidays
    - Sometimes really late hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    General manager was terrific, night managers were fun to be around. Management should give better hours instead of hiring a ton of people and then giving all of them barely any hours.
