Current Employee – been working at Green Tree Servicing
Pros – Growing, team oriented, good benefits, ethical, good employee morale.
Cons – Old school and outdated processes and management practices. Stuck in the old way of doing things and resistant to change. Most people are not given laptops so have no ability to work from home EVER. Some poor long term managers who need to be managed out of the organization.
Advice to Senior Management – Get into the 21st century and be more innovative!

Former Employee – worked at Green Tree Servicing full-time for more than a year
Pros – The pay was decent
Cons – Verbally abusive leaders. No consistent direction. Extremely poor management. Little to no growth opportunities. Former convicted felons work here (WITH confirmed background checks done by Green Tree) . The employees are treated like dirt and the customers are treated no better. It is encouraged by supervisors and managers to berate and humiliate customers. This is the worst, most hostile work environment I have ever been exposed to, and I have been in the workforce 15+ years. Do not work here unless your next step is homeless. Even then, you would be better off begging on the street. At least you would have your dignity.
Advice to Senior Management – They would not care. The way GT is run is exactly the way they want it to be.. This is how their "Relationships that Work" work
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at Green Tree Servicing full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – - Excellent company for suck-ups and brown-nosers
- You have a better shot at career progress if you don't have a personal life or family, and if you put in long hours and threaten with an offer
Cons – - Not for hard working employees. You have to be in the in-circle most of the time. A lot of favors are given to friends
Advice to Senior Management – None, only time will tell

Current Employee – been working at Green Tree Servicing full-time for more than a year
Pros – The people you will meet are awesome, networking.. Lots of overtime available/mandatory
Cons – Training lacks and trainers gossip alot and is veru minimal. Training you get from your sup ...not there, they expect you to come out of class where you learned just the basics and hit the floor. The people who come out have no mortgage experience and get right on phones working with customers. In the time Ihave been here I have had NO one on one with any sup...
Advice to Senior Management – Get new sups, or make them do thier jobs. A sup is to guide and train and develope an agent. Not ignore them or give an answer of it is what it is..now do it

Current Employee – been working at Green Tree Servicing
Pros – Not a lot of structure so whatever you need to get the job done is the way to go.
Cons – Everyone is off doing who kows what. not a lot of coordination or direction from management other than get these 20 things done.
Advice to Senior Management – To many people have been doing what they're doing for a long time. It's time to move them off to something else and let the people with more varied xperience lead the charge.
