I worked at Greenhalghs Craft Bakery
Pros – Its easy to get a management position as managers walk out all the time, good as a stepping stone for experience if you want to get into management
They have some nice staff there who you build a bond with due to working together for long hours
Cons – Senior management have little respect for staff
The hours are long, with 10 hour shifts 5 days per week
Only 30 mins lunch break and a 10 mins break in the morning for a 10 hour shift
Advice to Senior Management – Management need to have more respect for the staff and staff may stay loyal
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
