    Greenville College Technical Support

Support Technician (Current Employee) Greenville, IL

ProsThe workplace is ideal for college students because it offers flexible hours that work around your course work, you can request time off easily and suddenly, the people in charge are knowledgeable, and it offers the work experience you will need to have a real job upon graduation.

ConsMost of the workers at this position are very unmotivated. The lack of motivation can sometimes be bothersome and on several occasions information was not conveyed properly from higher ups to the student workers.

Advice to Senior ManagementCommunicate better, enforce rules, only hire technical people and business people

The people, and work environment are awesome.

    Programmer/Analyst (Former Employee)

ProsThe other employees are really what makes working at Greenville College a wonderful place. 37.5 hour work weeks are also nice.

ConsThey can't pay employees what their worth. They don't fire people very often, which results in some dead weight, which is frustrating.

Advice to Senior ManagementLose the dead weight. Give employees raises, or compensate in other creative ways.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
