I have been working at Greenwich Consulting full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good spirit, work with nice people (mostly), interesting topics and projects, ability to balance worklife and personal life, Firm capability to adapt the staffing to your constraints
Cons – salaries (lower than the sector average), too many expectations internally (projects + contribution to proposals + internal jobs such as knowledge management)
Advice to Senior Management – increase salaries or lower the expectations in terms of involvement
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at Greenwich Consulting
Pros – Greenwich Consulting is a place where you could share your passion for the telecommunication industry with highly skilled co-workers. Consultants are working on the very hot topics of the sector which is really gratifying. Even though, it is a highly demanding job, the management is trying to keep the work atmosphere as a goog as possible with the organisation of regular events in order to help consultants meet each other, share their point of view or just have fun. Money is not the most important thing in a job for me, but its seems to be above than average for young professionals
Cons – As most consulting firms, it requires a lot from its consultants. It is generally difficult to have a good balance between work and personnal life.
Advice to Senior Management – Downsides are inherent to the profession, so the management should keep listening to their employees and try to find some efficient compensation to the worst problems
