I have been working at Grey Group as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

The people and management are some of the most talented in the industry. Top notch clients. Fantastic work environment both tangibly and culturally. Felt like my voice was truly heard.

    Cons

Not a whole lot. Could use a larger space to fit all the intelligent people. (Already currently expanding so that point is moot)

I worked at Grey Group as a contractor for less than a year

    Pros

great company, great people, great perks, excellent senior management, loved that the CEO was so involved in the creative process.

    Cons

compensation was OK, didn't like that they had a supervisor that thought she ran the whole department
didnt like the fact that they outsource the job to india

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

hire more people to do the media/production work or send it to India as well. And hire a more competent supervisor.

    Pros

-Overall, good leadership and good sense of direction
-Won every accolade imaginable recently (Ad Age Global Agency of the Year, Ad Week Agency of the Year)

-Office space and location are great

    Cons

-Flat level organization so less chance for promotional opportunities

I worked at Grey Group as a contractor

    Pros

Great culture - talented and very friendly people, beautiful office (Grey New York), fun environment with tons of social events and parties for employees, the agency is growing yet you don't feel like just a number, opportunity to work on great accounts and huge campaigns

    Cons

The salaries are sometimes slightly lower than you'll find at other companies (but it's worth taking the hit for a few grand).

I have been working at Grey Group

    Pros

Such a creative place to work... it inspires everyone and ultimately develops great work. And people are genuinely nice, which makes work feel a little bit less like work.

    Cons

It is owned by WPP so salaries are not as good as you would like. Definitely try to negotiate as much as possible upfront.
