    Pros

Was there when Grey was on the upswing so lots of good press. Great senior management team. Good starting salary. Decent hours. Perfect location.

    Cons

Boring work, boring people. Too corporate. Some of the most basic account people in the business. Nothing very exciting to work on.

    Advice to Management

Take more risks and liven up the joint.

    Pros

Awesome people, location, accounts and rooftop. Decent hours... rarely weekends for most accounts. Great monthly open bars at local venues. Great holiday parties.

    Cons

Lots of meetings. No free food or drinks. Not the best salaries. No set annual increases. Annual reviews never actually happen, so timely promotions and raises are hard to get.

    Advice to Management

Show more love to pharma and small accounts... not everyone has the budget, liberal clients, or creative freedom to produce award-winning work. Give performance-based bonuses; a few people really deserve them.
