Motivation of all teams is really impressive. 100% of managers have technical background so they totally understand problems of all developers. Also it is good that clients are located both in the city and in the whole Bay Area, so employee could choose good location to work in

Pros – Grid Dynamics grows quite fast. There is a number of interesting projects in area of information retrieval or big data.

Cons – Many projects are unstable due to insecure relationships with the customers. Be ready for reassignment from one project to another. Many projects are about CI/CD, deployment, or production maintenance, so be careful if you are looking for a SW development positions.

- interesting projects requiring challenging solutions
- good atmosphere inside the company. People compatibility is one of the main points during hiring.
- high technical level of engineers.

Cons – Overtimes are possible because of lack of engineers. Wish to work with good people and technicians makes hiring process slower than projects growth require.
