Current Employee – been working at Grid Dynamics full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – There is no boring things there. Every task are challenging. Motivation of all teams is really impressive. 100% of managers have technical background so they totally understand problems of all developers. Also it is good that clients are located both in the city and in the whole Bay Area, so employee could choose good location to work in
Cons – Grid Dynamics need more engineers

Pros – The company grows fast
There is a lot of interesting and challenging work
Professional and career growth is encouraged
Orientation on emerging technologies and hard technical problems; good place to work for technical staff: architects, technical managers, developers, QAs, etc.
Engineering team rocks
Cons – Lack of technical middle management caused by aggressive growth
Some corporate processes are not scaled to the new company size yet
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up with executing the new strategy and growing responsibly

Current Employee – been working at Grid Dynamics full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Grid Dynamics grows quite fast. There is a number of interesting projects in area of information retrieval or big data.
Cons – Many projects are unstable due to insecure relationships with the customers. Be ready for reassignment from one project to another. Many projects are about CI/CD, deployment, or production maintenance, so be careful if you are looking for a SW development positions.

Pros – - company works on the edge of industry so engineers have good chance to work with fresh technologies
- interesting projects requiring challenging solutions
- good atmosphere inside the company. People compatibility is one of the main points during hiring.
- high technical level of engineers.
Cons – Overtimes are possible because of lack of engineers. Wish to work with good people and technicians makes hiring process slower than projects growth require.

- Professional growth is appreciated
- Knowledge sharing across company (techtalks)
- Emerging technologies
- Somewhat decent compensation
- Flexible work schedule on some projects
- Variety of technology and projects, most of them are challenging and require extensive skill set.
Cons – Working for ODC could be limiting both career and professional growth
ODC rules/culture may prevail over company culture.
