    You will learn few things about how the billing for Smart energy is done. But beyond that there is nothing you can learn at this company

    Lame management that can not decide if its hardware & software company or software only company

    South Park location. Innovative technology. Good corp partner (GE) and funder (Intel & Catamount). Good Benefits.

    Pros

    Great vision and great engineers in an emerging Smart Grid domain. Great leading edge technology.

    Cons

    Ongoing management restructures, CEO roles changed 3 times in 2 years. No new sales. Only one production customer which is not in the US. Very poor internal and external communication and non-existing product marketing in the industry.

    Advice to Management

    Time to move on.

    Pros

    Green technology that might be hot

    Cons

    - Highly political for a small company - Minority employee hell. Go to the company to see the ratio of minority employees. - No pat on the back for good work but any good work gets shadowed by management. - No career growth if you are not in the "in" group.

    Advice to Management

    - Learn management
