Current Employee – been working at Grifols - Spain full-time

Pros – Minimal mental thought process is required for most entry level positions. Compensation for overtime if an hourly employee.

Cons – Some departments (if not most) promote based on seniority and not credentials. There is very little room for advancement because of seniority based promotions. Salary is not competitive. The turnover rate in certain divisions is extremely high. There are no sick days.

Pros – Scheduling allows for 5 days off, but you pay for it with a 66 hour week the next week.

Cons – Pay, 12 hour shifts. Mangament, Team leaders very unsupportive of staff. Constant hiring of temps..

Advice to Senior Management – 15 cent a year raises across the border is not good
