I worked at Grill On The Alley
Pros – the male bartenders and the more experienced servers make working their a learning experience.
Cons – the training from the home office and the lies about the reduction in hours is ridiculous... the majority of the 'GUESTS' that g their are rude and the tourist treat you like a servant.
Advice to Senior Management – Take the employees side for once and add gratuity to the check and treat your employees with respect and stop ling.
