    Awesome for a fresher. No hierarchy. Freedom to plan our targets.

    less compensation. No good in cutting edge technology

    Pros

    Good Work-Life balance in some Projects, Good Events.

    Cons

    Low Salary,Too much Politics,No standard Policies (Policies are changed for high level management), Worst Managers, Creating problem in Relieving, No Job Security, No Learning only Supporting work, Mostly using HR Management using a tag of Saint-Gobain to hire a persons by giving false promises.

    Please Be Honest and think for your emplyees also.

    Lack of top management committment & biased approach
    Poor employee development/mentoring
