Former Employee – worked at Gross Mcginley full-time
Pros – The pay is competitive and the benefits are good. Depending on the department you work in, it could be a great place to work. The addition of the Office Manager position was helpful.
Cons – There are too many to type. It has become more like a prison than a workplace. Unless management is changed, I would not recommend this firm to a friend of mine.
Advice to Senior Management – A new Managing Director is needed.

Former Employee – worked at Gross Mcginley full-time for more than a year
Pros – Starting salary was great, very friendly employees, paid parking, reduced legal services for employees
Cons – management does not work for the employees outside of the attorneys. coverage for time off fell on your own shoulders, this should be management but they were too busy to bother with such thing. some of the attorneys are really not nice or helpful.
Advice to Senior Management – listen to your employees, complaints are not just whining, they are ways to help you improve the work place
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
