Good pay and benefits, but management is awful.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe pay is competitive and the benefits are good. Depending on the department you work in, it could be a great place to work. The addition of the Office Manager position was helpful.

ConsThere are too many to type. It has become more like a prison than a workplace. Unless management is changed, I would not recommend this firm to a friend of mine.

Advice to Senior ManagementA new Managing Director is needed.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    Horrible work environment. Stay away!

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThe pay and benefits were good. I can not think of any other pros.

ConsManagement on all levels was horrendous. Employee concerns were laughed at. By far the worst management. For a place that stresses the importance of putting your best foot forward they allow attorneys to curse and scream at employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementGet new management. Listen to your employees. Stop talking about employees and attorneys to other employees.

Good Starting Salary, No merit raises, Horrible Management, No Teamwork

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsStarting salary was great, very friendly employees, paid parking, reduced legal services for employees

Consmanagement does not work for the employees outside of the attorneys. coverage for time off fell on your own shoulders, this should be management but they were too busy to bother with such thing. some of the attorneys are really not nice or helpful.

Advice to Senior Managementlisten to your employees, complaints are not just whining, they are ways to help you improve the work place

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
