    Pros

Starting salary was great, very friendly employees, paid parking, reduced legal services for employees

    Cons

management does not work for the employees outside of the attorneys. coverage for time off fell on your own shoulders, this should be management but they were too busy to bother with such thing. some of the attorneys are really not nice or helpful.

    Advice to Management

listen to your employees, complaints are not just whining, they are ways to help you improve the work place

    Pros

Decent benefits. I can not listen any other pros.

    Cons

Many, attorneys are allowed to curse and scream at staff. Managing director is an instigator without any respect for staff along with no knowledge of aspects of duties. The entire management system lacks any moral support for employees. No one will stand up for staff. The place is down right horrible.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management!

Good pay and benefits, but management is awful.

    Pros

The pay is competitive and the benefits are good. Depending on the department you work in, it could be a great place to work. The addition of the Office Manager position was helpful.

    Cons

There are too many to type. It has become more like a prison than a workplace. Unless management is changed, I would not recommend this firm to a friend of mine.

    Advice to Management

A new Managing Director is needed.
