My co-workers were very nice and the job was not difficult.

    Cons

Management didn't have it together and didn't seem to care much for their employees. Everyone felt replaceable and was.

    Pros

Good location and free inside parking

    Cons

If you considering to start a career in automotive business than my advice to you is avoid this place by any means.

They will hire you and a dozen of other young sales associates. Actually they hire all the time because people leave this place. Dealership looks nice outside, located in a nice neighborhood. You would expect high quality service at this place but what I saw there was a big disappointment.

First you will be on so called "training period" which is a month long. NO training will be provided at all. Don't expect anything useful to learn for except ongoing Toyota certification program that does not teach you how to sell cars. No one is going to walk you through sales process or explain how the company database works, what to ask a customer or what procedures to follow when it comes to selling point.

There are bunch of floor managers. Each has its own way of having things done. Be ready to hear one thing from one manager and other things from others. Don't get confused on your way of learning how each manager prefers to work or you ll get in trouble. There is a contradiction between managers and you as a sales person will see it every day. HUGE disappointment was a favoritism from one of the managers I worked with. He would always give customers to the same people not letting newbies learn the process. This is just inappropriate.

Staff could have been friendlier. I understand it is all about how many cars you sell but be a little more welcoming attitude would help newbies to integrate into the team and learn the process. There are only a few bright sales men who keep clients happy and help getting positive reviews on yelp. The rest are just bunch of blatant liars.

Integrity is a mystery here. Clients get fooled and told lie about a product and you expected to waste customer's time just to hold them in a dealership.

Another important thing to point that if you raise your voice and use F words to explain how things work to folks who are in training just for less than a week than you can not be a manager and should learn how to speak first. It is just unprofessional.

As a trainee you will be used by the company to drop off and deliver cars to different locations. Range may vary from 15 miles to 160. Basically company saves a lot of many using you as a free driver. This place is CORRUPT.
There is no culture or environment, disorganized, aimed to trick a customers and make them buy a vehicle.

You will get $340 of $400 the company will hold $60 for taxes.

DO NOT COME HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME!

    Pros

    customer relationships built were amazing

    Cons

management communications were lacking. pay scale was not enough

    Advice to Management

communicate better and pay employees on specified pay days. not weeks later. if a pay check is incorrect fix the error immediately not a month later.

    Pros

Fun environment. Training was provided. The dealership is huge so you have a big opportunity to make money.

    Cons

Like I said the dealership is huge, which means a lot of other salesman as well. In pretty sure this is common in other dealerships but there are really some scums selling cars.

    Pros

    Right across from a mall

    Cons

Run like a prison, can't get paid on time, have to wait until your off your shift to get paid, terrible management, only cares about making them money, HIGHLY unorganized and unprofessional, can't get paid a living wage

    Advice to Management

Treat people well and they will work well for you. Offer better compensation, people can't support their families on what you pay! You want loyalty, but you have no loyalty to your employees.......

    Pros

centrally located, there is not much to write home about on this one. they have a big inventory and lots of traffic comes in the door, not hard to sell but very very very very hard to get paid

    Cons

this is by far the most disorganized and operation I have ever been a part of.
they don't pay on time, when they do pay its almost guaranteed to be less than you were expecting.
on payday the place looks like a Texas tornado with tens of disgruntled employees waving their checks in the air demanding to be paid what their owed

    Advice to Management

pay people what they are owed and on time you will then attract good employees. business 101 get with the times

    Pros

You decide how much you plan to make your income is limitless. It a commission based job ther is no hand holding sink or swim.

    Cons

The make it hard to earn an honest living because of the economy. They fluff inventory costs so your margin of profit is minimal, then they pack the profit that is made so you 25-25% comission is cut down to a standard mini deal of 100.00 per car. Not enough to survive on when the average commission used to be 500. With potential comissions in the thousands.

    Advice to Management

I was there five years I had five General Managers. dozen desk managers and finance managers. No love just money.
