    overall it is a fairly good place to work

    Prosthe insurance is decent and there is a lot of good people there on the manufacturing floor an in management

    ConsThey always try to make to many changes to fast and there needs to be better communication plant wide

    Advice to Senior Managementlisten more to the ideas people on the floor have, they do the job everyday, don't treat them like idiots!
