Current Employee – been working at Group Voyagers

Pros – Working in the business of travel is exciting and challenging. This company offers great benefits in general and specifically benefits and perks on travel. Depending on your position, the work that you do or have available to you has much variety; one could gain a lot of experience doing these tasks.

Opportunities for movement within the company are above average and surprisingly less competitive than seen in other companies.

Cons – My overall impression of this company is that many seasoned and senior employees do not practice what they preach. Equality and fairness for all isn't practiced consistently between departments or management. Very few role models.

This company’s value proposition really isn't much more than words on a poster board. The work environment for this company really doesn't foster its own values, nor does the company truly encourage people to live by these values. One must protect themselves or risk being an escape goat to fill the gap of another individuals inadequately.

Advice to Senior Management – Bring in an outside firm to evaluate and recommend changes for the culture, work flow, management and management practices.
