    Pros

    Midea is capable to the fast speed changing in the market. Flexible !

    Cons

    Shortage of sources compared to Haier and Gree, especially in China, not a state owned company.

    Pros

    Manager is good at assigning mission for intern students. You could learn a lot during the internship program. And you could learn many management technique in this big company.

    Cons

    Pay roll is low. And if you are a formal staff, the work load is hard. But you pay what you work.
