    If you like working a lot of hours this company is for you, Free health insurance at the time was fair. a good company

    Uniforms kinda cheap might get stuck working 7 days a week,

    Pros

    Really, just a job to get me through until something better came along. Shift work and of course, I got the overnight shift since I was new. Little contact with supervisors. Easy job. Hardest part was trying to stay awake and alert.

    Cons

    Pay was not much. Co-workers that had been there years didn't make much more than me. Not a place to advance.

    Pay a little more and create room for advancement.

    Pros

    Formerly paid well had good bonus program and some (not great) benefits.

    Cons

    Now no pay increases for 5 years, Reduction of personnel with increases in workload. What benefits there were have been removed. CEO has serious issues yells and is abusive to staff and uses public humiliation as a management tool.

    They give you free uniforms, offer free health insurance, offer direct deposit

    Cons

    Management is a joke! The free uniforms are very low quality and practically see through. The free health insurance does not qualify for the Affordable Care Act standards, so it's useless.

    Become more involved with your employees instead of telling us I don't know on any serious questions we have about our benefits, and job task.

    guardsmark treats their employees like crap.
    there is no respect.
    there is no appreciation for hard work.
    after 5 years of work,never callimg out and always available if needed for extra assignments they will not even give you 1 sick day
