I've been happy with my decision to work for Guest-Tek.

    (Current Employee)
    Alpharetta, GA

ProsThe opportunity to make a difference because you are working for a small to medium size company and each position is exposed to more functions. There's a feeling of family with the company due to size, traditions, and environment. There are some nice programs and activities that are promoted by the company to foster a positive environment to work in. The company seems to do a good job of valuing the work-life balance overall.

ConsAs with many companies, sometimes communication doesn't flow in all directions. Due to its size, it's hard to offer a vast array of career growth opportunities. They do exist, but not like with a company of 10,000.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe a role model for front line employees. Treat them as you would want to be treated.

    Business Relationship Manager (Current Employee)

Pros- Good people that work in the office
    - Relaxed atmosphere you will never enjoy unless you're management

Cons- Long hours especially if you work in client care
    - Management has no back bone, so they'll throw you under the bus at the drop of a dime
    - Since management has folded and given their clients all the power, you will be on the end of your leash when dealing with the clients, as they feel empowered

Advice to Senior Management- Give more support to the BRM's
    - When times get tough, stand up for the company and yourselves
    - Don't allow the client to control your vision and direction
    - Build better internal communications
