Pros – The opportunity to make a difference because you are working for a small to medium size company and each position is exposed to more functions. There's a feeling of family with the company due to size, traditions, and environment. There are some nice programs and activities that are promoted by the company to foster a positive environment to work in. The company seems to do a good job of valuing the work-life balance overall.
Cons – As with many companies, sometimes communication doesn't flow in all directions. Due to its size, it's hard to offer a vast array of career growth opportunities. They do exist, but not like with a company of 10,000.
Advice to Senior Management – Be a role model for front line employees. Treat them as you would want to be treated.

Cons – Slow computers, very laggy. if you're in a middle of a call the synapse tool will lag on you.

- Management has no back bone, so they'll throw you under the bus at the drop of a dime
- Since management has folded and given their clients all the power, you will be on the end of your leash when dealing with the clients, as they feel empowered
