It was good now getting worse

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Washington, DC

ProsGuident used to value its people, but as the company has grown, it is loosing its culture. The doors to Partners offices are open, but few people feel comfortable knocking.

ConsThe executive management is far removed from the project / ground realities. The Senior Management now favors nepotism and partiality and filters the communication. The company has lost its appeal, not a good place to work anymore.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease see the ground reality, in the offices the rank and file are not being treated right. At the client site the consultants do not get the visibility..

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
