I worked at Guident full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co-workers are very sharp and intelligent. Interesting projects Good benefits

    Cons

Management needs to step in and intervene in a poor working relationship with the prime. Management needs to be more proactive in helping their employees in stressful work situations.

    Advice to Management

You need to be more loyal to your employees. They are the ones who are bringing in all of the revenue.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Guident used to value its people, but as the company has grown, it is loosing its culture. The doors to Partners offices are open, but few people feel comfortable knocking.

    Cons

The executive management is far removed from the project / ground realities. The Senior Management now favors nepotism and partiality and filters the communication. The company has lost its appeal, not a good place to work anymore.

    Advice to Management

Please see the ground reality, in the offices the rank and file are not being treated right. At the client site the consultants do not get the visibility..
