Pros
dedicated, hard working employees Above average benefits Promotion based on skills/accomplishments, not necessarily education, however lack of education does eventually limit promotion by a glass ceiling
Cons
majority of company moved operations to Mexico
Advice to Senior Management
be honest about the future of the company

Pros
Good place to work for Duplin County if you don't want to farm.
Pay is adequate
Co-workers are nice people.
Cons
Hot in the summer
This company no longer promotes from within unless they really like you which is rare.
Shift work
Advice to Senior Management
Promote from within and don't hire someone just because they have a degree only to be trained by a guy who worked there 20+ years and once the new guy is trained then fire the experienced guy.
