    Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive for nonprofit Benefits start after 30 days Lots of days off if you work at schools

    Cons

Promotions based on cronyism Teachers and teaching assistants are underpaid for the amount of work they do Family empowerment department needs improvement CEO uses status to run for office instead of improving and growing company There is no employee or organizational growth

    Advice to Management

The organization has potential but it's squandered on middle management that are happy with just getting by Place managers and specialists positions on current openings Pay your teachers and teacher assistants more The middle managers are paid great, but don't do nothing

    Pros

This company offers full time positions through temp. agencies.

    Cons

Very unprofessional, when I worked there if someone quit I was given all their assignments and held responsible for accomplishing my work and theirs until a new replacement was found. They would prefer to fire you rather than make you a full time employee, because then they would have to pay you benefits.

    Advice to Management

Stop screaming at your employees and having in appropriate relationships in the office durring business hours.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Being able to work with students and families to achieve educational goals and outcomes. The freedom of being able to manage your own classrooms.

    Cons

Accepted a teaching opportunity right out of college with the hopes of making a true difference in the community that GCCSA served. Organizational politics killed my spirit to to be an educational ambassador. I had wonderful manager but unfortunately her hands were tied as well when it came to their organizational politics.

    Advice to Management

Promote from within when opportunities arise Hire competent content area specialist who can assist in teaching strategies and outcomes. Listen to the concerns of the teachers
