I have been working at Gulf Interstate Engineering full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The smirk meant is far from toxic depending on the group your working in. I'm fortunate to work in a group that works efficiently and doesn't need to be micromanaged.

    Cons

There doesn't seem to be a enough team building within groups. Figuring out what there strength are so they the team can be more productive. Also there's not very many lunch and learns and opportunities that allow for growth tats readily available.

    Advice to Management

Not enough emphasis for management to get to know each employee per group and figure out there strengths and weakness's so that work can be delighted according and efficiently.
