Litigation Professional (Current Employee) Century City, CA

ProsGood benefits, Paid parking, Paid overtime, A good variety of jobs, Employee's are nice, Company gives free breakfast every Friday, and Annual company camping trip.

    ConsWages is slightly below average,
Maybe adding extra vacation time wouldn't hurt and since the company is expanding it wouldn't hurt to dedicate a reliable training system.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry focusing more training new employees so expansion can be smooth.
