    Less Talk, More Action

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

Pros- Promises to deliver for lower price and faster implementation
    - Benefits
    - Good if you are fresh out of College with no experience
    - Good if you require a work Visa

Cons- Management treats everyone like they are all children and uses scare tactics. Only the CEO makes any kind of decision, when he has the time.
    - Experienced Consultants are forced to bring on employees with no experience and bring them up to senior level in months.
    - They promise and don't deliver on implementations, training, bonus, bench-time.
    - Every project and person is micro-managed and all expenses are challenged.
    - Fill Senior level positions with "freshers" from India and make then fake their resume.
    - Force employees to relocate to client site and work 60+ hours a week

Advice to Senior ManagementRespect your employees and start providing clients with what they pay for.

Terrible Company for Seasoned Consultants and Career Choice

    Consultant (Former Employee)
    Indianapolis, IN

ProsIf you are an SAP newbie and are willing to work for peanuts, this is the company for you!

ConsThey do not empower their consultants and communication channels are limited, if not non-existent. They take on high level consultants to do the heavy lifting, then get rid of you once they go over budget (as all their projects are over-budget). They promise their clients the impossible and have to get 3rd party consultants to deliver the simplest solutions. Management does not care about quality or project teams. A seasoned consultant will take 3-5 years set back on their career by working here, if not more.

Advice to Senior ManagementMy advice to management....I certainly hope your business insurance is up to date because how your management delivers projects is always over-budget, over-promise and under-deliver.

    Not Professional

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsNo pros for this company

Cons1. Implementation project they started with 40 employees and now at UAT they only have 4. Worse thing is client doesn't even know contractors have been rolled off.
    2. Employees get rolled and the laid off for not finding a new project.
    3. They will ask you to take a pay cut.
    4. Always find flaws in job performance.
    5. Will make you share rooms with other contractors, so they don't have to pay you for expenses.
    6. Typical IT companies with fake good reviews.
    7. You can never get hold of HR if there is any issue with paycheck and expenses. It takes over a month to get reimbursed.
    8. They never give client full resources.

    Advice to Senior ManagementFix it

GyanSys Inc- A Company with difference

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsI have been working with this Company for the past 3 years and have a great impression the way the Company is progressing – a mid-size company with a great vision of striving all the time doing business with the direct Clients may be as ‘Implementation Partner” or for Staff Aug opportunities and continuously waging war against getting new Clients with a very Strong Sales Team.
For the employees it’s a wonderful arena for learning new things and becoming strong in multiple modules of SAP as Company provides IDES Systems and send for training to SAP labs with company expenses. There is a great scope to ladder up for higher positions slowly if not immediately.
Might be employees with 3-5 years of experience start with modest base but become eligible getting double in 2-3 years depending on their performance.
When compared with other big 5- several positive features can be attributed to this company as they are very fast in filing for GC and putting them in the correct track for their career growth. Benefits are comparatively good.

ConsFor any company it’s not difficult finding fault in Organizational structure and day to day running.
Management should be cautious and put required efforts in minimizing the lapses if any.
Fingering on small issues cannot be magnified before so many virtues of the Company

Advice to Senior ManagementI definitely recommend people to join and experience the difference between a routine Staff Aug company and this company which is having a great vision and dedicated management

    Great Place to Work........

    Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    Indianapolis, IN

Pros1. You get the opportunity you are looking for, specially in new dimension area.
    2. You get paid for additional effort you put.
    3. You get opportunity to work on Pre-Sales, demo which help a lot to grow further.
    4. Not like big brands where nobody ask your opinion.

Overall I will say if you are dynamic and want to grow this is best place to work.

ConsThere are usual problem of growing company. Improvement required in internal admin process.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove the internal Admin process. Proper Organization structure will help to grow on next level.

    OK

Senior SAP GRC/IDM Consultant (Current Employee)
    Indianapolis, IN

Prosthe salary is fair and the bonus help with the amount of travel that is required. The company has good benefits

Constavel, management is hard to work with. treatment of the people is not that good. hard to work in a toxic environment that management creates. the hours the expect are unreasonable.

Advice to Senior ManagementView your people for what they are an asset not just a way to make you more money

ConsWorst management and very very worst company ever worked
Very very micromanaged and cheap people...No respect for experienced...Need fake guys with lowest rates...
No team spirit...Every body work for their own...
Hired bunch of monkeys...They scratch somebody back to get some quickies..
No expenses for coffee, water...ask you stay in dirtiest and cheapest hotels...

It was good early on but later I reached a bottleneck with lack of clarity on possible professional growth opportunities

    Senior SAP Consultant (Former Employee)
    Indianapolis, IN

    Pros1, Good Benefits
    2, Very good Health Insurance
3, Good B1/L1 Employees from India
4, Good Opportunity for freshers / interns

ConsNo Process followed. Family Run business.Everything needs Ran Una approval.
Does not have any career path for people that would like to just be an individual contributing SME.
Salary increases that come with promotions do not make up for the amount of additional work and responsibility that will be required with the new title.
No on time payment for contractors.
If you are going for personal interview ask them to reserve the flight, car and hotel else forget about the expense payment.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement (Raj Una) need to improve its HR department to provide better service and communications to its employees.
Resources are not valued for their true efforts and length of service with the company, but instead are considered to be easily expendable / replaceable at any time.
    Please follow some process.
Please stop saying we have to ask Raj una's approval for everything.
Please make the payment on-time for contractors.
