I have been working at GyanSys

    Pros

    - Promises to deliver for lower price and faster implementation
    - Benefits
    - Good if you are fresh out of College with no experience
    - Good if you require a work Visa

    Cons

    - Management treats everyone like they are all children and uses scare tactics. Only the CEO makes any kind of decision, when he has the time.
    - Experienced Consultants are forced to bring on employees with no experience and bring them up to senior level in months.
    - They promise and don't deliver on implementations, training, bonus, bench-time.
    - Every project and person is micro-managed and all expenses are challenged.
    - Fill Senior level positions with "freshers" from India and make then fake their resume.
    - Force employees to relocate to client site and work 60+ hours a week

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect your employees and start providing clients with what they pay for.

Terrible Company for Seasoned Consultants and Career Choice

I worked at GyanSys as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

If you are an SAP newbie and are willing to work for peanuts, this is the company for you!

    Cons

They do not empower their consultants and communication channels are limited, if not non-existent. They take on high level consultants to do the heavy lifting, then get rid of you once they go over budget (as all their projects are over-budget). They promise their clients the impossible and have to get 3rd party consultants to deliver the simplest solutions. Management does not care about quality or project teams. A seasoned consultant will take 3-5 years set back on their career by working here, if not more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to management....I certainly hope your business insurance is up to date because how your management delivers projects is always over-budget, over-promise and under-deliver.

I have been working at GyanSys

    Pros

    No pros for this company

    Cons

    1. Implementation project they started with 40 employees and now at UAT they only have 4. Worse thing is client doesn't even know contractors have been rolled off.
    2. Employees get rolled and the laid off for not finding a new project.
    3. They will ask you to take a pay cut.
    4. Always find flaws in job performance.
    5. Will make you share rooms with other contractors, so they don't have to pay you for expenses.
    6. Typical IT companies with fake good reviews.
    7. You can never get hold of HR if there is any issue with paycheck and expenses. It takes over a month to get reimbursed.
    8. They never give client full resources.

GyanSys Inc- A Company with difference

I have been working at GyanSys

    Pros

I have been working with this Company for the past 3 years and have a great impression the way the Company is progressing – a mid-size company with a great vision of striving all the time doing business with the direct Clients may be as ‘Implementation Partner” or for Staff Aug opportunities and continuously waging war against getting new Clients with a very Strong Sales Team.
For the employees it’s a wonderful arena for learning new things and becoming strong in multiple modules of SAP as Company provides IDES Systems and send for training to SAP labs with company expenses. There is a great scope to ladder up for higher positions slowly if not immediately.
Might be employees with 3-5 years of experience start with modest base but become eligible getting double in 2-3 years depending on their performance.
When compared with other big 5- several positive features can be attributed to this company as they are very fast in filing for GC and putting them in the correct track for their career growth. Benefits are comparatively good.

    Cons

For any company it’s not difficult finding fault in Organizational structure and day to day running.
Management should be cautious and put required efforts in minimizing the lapses if any.
Fingering on small issues cannot be magnified before so many virtues of the Company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I definitely recommend people to join and experience the difference between a routine Staff Aug company and this company which is having a great vision and dedicated management

    Pros

    1. You get the opportunity you are looking for, specially in new dimension area.
    2. You get paid for additional effort you put.
    3. You get opportunity to work on Pre-Sales, demo which help a lot to grow further.
    4. Not like big brands where nobody ask your opinion.

Overall I will say if you are dynamic and want to grow this is best place to work.

    Cons

There are usual problem of growing company. Improvement required in internal admin process.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
